At Evarima, we ensure your curated hampers and products reach you safely and on time.

1. Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Custom & Personalized Hampers: Processed and dispatched within 4–6 business days.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

Note: Deliveries may experience slight delays during peak festive seasons or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this amount.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing your tracking link and AWB number.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact us within 24–48 hours at evarima.official@gmail.com
